Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in any other condition that prevents resale), we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt, please report any issues, such as defects, damage, or incorrect items, to us immediately for evaluation and resolution. The listed items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These non-returnable items, apart from being damaged or defective, can't be accepted back for returns or exchanges. The text requests custom or personalized orders only.

We will apply the full value of your original purchase towards a new, equal, or greater-value item. The product page states that we require processing time to create a new item. Within 30 days of receipt, please reach out to us. Future purchases are ineligible for the credit, and only one exchange is permitted per piece. It is necessary to contact us before sending back jewelry for safe delivery. We strongly advise clients to insure and send their package with a traceable courier for return shipping at their own expense.

Refund

Once you have received your order, you will be notified of its approval. This avoids the dilemma of the refund. Then the refund amount will be transferred to your account in no time. However, slow transactions can be possible due to credit card or bank companies taking time.

Resizing

We provide free resizing for ill-fitting rings. We'll charge you only for shipping; please send the ring to us. 1-2 week delay after receipt of the ring for resizing requests.

The size of a ring is not standardized. Our Perfect Fit Ring Sizer is strongly suggested for use. This metal sizer guarantees a perfect fit for jewelry on the first attempt. Upon completion, return the Perfect Fit Sizer to us for recycling to receive a refund, less shipping costs. Place your order here.

During the ring resizing process, we conduct a comprehensive inspection. We'll handle any ordinary wear-and-tear issues automatically. If any further work is required, we'll provide an intake form. With your consent, we'll enhance your ring further.

In certain instances, we can give you an interchangeable ring instead of resizing. Only if it significantly impacts turnaround time or design integrity should the change be adopted. Only plain gold bands qualify for the exchange. The swapped ring would also be handcrafted from scratch. We'll contact you if there's a need for that option. Of course, we’ll always contact you if we recommend that route. Clients cover shipping costs and customs fees for international shipments in both directions.

Choosing the "Eternity Band" style for your ring results in a $100 resizing fee. Before production starts on your piece, we need to confirm your ring size via email.

Information on repairs is provided below.

To request a repair, email us at support@moissanitecraft.com. Before undertaking repairs, consider the following essential points: Our repair specialists document the present state and necessary repairs for each item. We'll ensure you receive a copy of the intake form for your records.

Following the warranty period, we'll commence the related tasks without requiring your consent.

  • The scene changed.
  • Replace or repair prongs as needed.
  • ın thin sections of the band, the material is changed.
  • Reducing the ring's size.

Inform us ahead of time if you want to exclude any warranty work or if you'd like to approve the scope beforehand. We'll inform you if work outside the warranty's scope is required. At that point, you'll have the option to decline any required repairs. Clients bear the shipping costs in both directions. 2-3 weeks after receiving your piece, our repairs will be completed.

Limited-edition or one-of-a-kind stones cannot be replaced if your piece requires a new one. If the precise stone isn't in stock, we'll present an alternative for your approval. In the rare case that the exact stone isn’t available, we’ll follow up with you and get your approval on an alternative that matches.

Fine jewelry is subject to wear and tear due to natural occurrences. To preserve the beauty and longevity of jewelry, proper care is essential.
