What metal choices do you offer?
We offer white, rose, and yellow 14k and 18k gold as well as platinum. We also offer two-toned pieces in which the head is a different metal than the band.
How do I contact your team to request a repair?
Please email us at admin@moissanite&craft.com, and we’ll be happy to send you the necessary paperwork needed for the repair process.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 15-18 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 15-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Your Moissanite are Certified?
Yes, all our Moissanite are certified and tested by International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry on request. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.
