Custom Jewelry Creation:
Each piece of custom jewelry is meticulously crafted and requires approximately 2 business weeks to complete. Once your order is ready, we will contact you for confirmation before proceeding with shipping.

Shipping and Delivery:
After your order is shipped, it typically takes 6 to 9 business days to arrive. Please note that Moissanite Craft is not liable for delays due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you change the delivery address with the shipping company while your package is in transit, you will be responsible for any resulting delays.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping to your specified address. However, please be aware that you are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

Product Modifications:
If you request changes to your product before it is shipped, the production timeline will reset and begin again from day one.
