Custom Order Form
From wherever you are in the world, simply submit a Custom Order Form and our expert consultants will be in touch with you to discuss your dream design details.

Design Consultation
Either before or after finalising your Custom Order Form, we can begin discussions around the design specifics of your dream ring. This might be in person at our Brisbane or Sydney Showroom, virtually via a video consultation or simply through email or phone communication.
Our Custom Ring Design incurs no additional fees, with a turnaround of 8-12 weeks. We require a 50% deposit to initiate the remainder of the Custom Process.

Digital CAD Design
Approximately two weeks after processing an initial deposit, you will receive a computer aided design (CAD). This is a technical drawing of your ring design, outlining your chosen specifications.
Your CAD can be amended as many times as you feel necessary, and we will reflect the changes you have made through updated CAD variations.
Once approved, we begin the crafting process.

Ring Completion
Upon your ring's completion you will receive communication from our team. This is inclusive of a video of your ring, so you can see just how beautiful your finished piece is. We will also include any relevant shipping information or support you in arranging a time to collect your ring.

Are custom engagement rings more expensive?
Our Custom Process is the perfect way to bring your dream, one-of-a-kind heirloom piece to life and incurs no additional fees.
How much are custom engagement rings?
At Moissanite Craft, we believe luxury should not be reserved for the few, but made attainable for life’s most meaningful moments. By working exclusively with the finest Moissanite gemstones and precious metals, we are able to uphold our commitment to both exceptional quality and attainability.
The price of your custom engagement ring is entirely dependent on your chosen specifications. Each unique detail, inclusive of precious metal type, gemstone type, band width and more, alongside the intricacy of the design, influences the price of the piece.
After your consultation, or the submission of your Custom Order Form, you will receive an email outlining your chosen design specifications, inclusive of pricing.
How long do custom engagement rings take to make?
Our Custom Process is a way for you to co-create a complete custom engagement ring, custom ceremonial ring or piece of custom fine jewellery with a crafting timeframe of 3-4 weeks.
How long do I have to approve my CAD?
If you've commissioned a piece from our Custom Process, you’ll receive a computer-aided design (CAD) within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. Once received, you will have 3 days to provide your approval. If we don’t receive confirmation within this timeframe, your design will automatically progress to the production phase to ensure your beautiful piece is crafted and ready for you within your chosen timeframe.

Where are your pieces crafted?
Our pieces are lovingly designed and crafted in America, and finished in house at our Chicago Workshops by our team of expert jewellers.
Will I receive updates on my order?
Absolutely. You will receive regular communication from our team throughout your piece’s crafting journey. Upon completion, we’ll be in touch to help you book a time to collect your piece from one of our showrooms, or to provide your tracking information if you have selected delivery.
Please note, each update along your piece’s journey will be delivered to the email you provided at the beginning of your journey with us.
